Simone Bertolini has been designing, producing and decorating masks in his Venice workshop near Piazza San Marco since 1998. The finished masks are entirely of paper maché and hand painted The style of decoration taken from drawings and symbols, Celtic and Indian tribes that are particularly fascinated by their various meanings, full of mystery. Simone then brings these designs into three-dimensional format and adapt to different models of masks

Bertolini's masks are highly collectable and a perfect example of Venetian craftsmanship
